  • Order cancellation is only possible before dispatch.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Delivery time varies by location (3–7 working days).
  • Incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability may delay delivery.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Zilnoor follows a 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy for damaged, defective, or wrong products only.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are not available. Only exchange or store credit will be provided.
  • Some items like earrings, nose pins, hair accessories, and sale items are non-returnable.
