3 Days Return Policy
Return & Exchange Policy ZILNOOR
At Zilnoor by Shadab, your satisfaction is our top priority. We put great care into selecting every artificial jewellery piece so that you receive only the best quality products. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with our smooth and simple 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy.
1. Return Window
You can place a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Return
To ensure a fair and transparent process, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or broken.
You received a wrong product, wrong size, or missing item.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
All tags, boxes, seals, and accessories should be intact.
Note:
We do not accept returns for reasons like “not liked,” “color difference due to lighting,” or “change of mind.”
3. Return Process
Follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Raise a Request
Contact us through WhatsApp / Email / Support within 3 days.
Share the following details
Order Number
Reason for return
Clear photos or video of the product showing the issue
Step 2: Verification
Our quality team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
Step 3: Approval
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return shipping process.
Step 4: Return Inspection
When the product reaches us, it will go through a quality check.
If the product is found to be used, damaged by customer, or not matching the shared images, the return will be rejected.
5. Exchange / Store Credit
After successful inspection, you can choose:
A. Exchange
Select any product of equal or higher value.
Approved exchange will be delivered with in 7-10 days.
B. Store Credit
We provide a credit coupon equal to the product amount, valid for 60 days.
Note:
We currently do not offer refunds for certain products back to bank accounts/UPI. Only exchange or store credit is provided.
6. Return Shipping Charges
If the product was delivered damaged or wrong, we cover the return shipping.
For all other valid return cases, return shipping charges may apply.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
