At Zilnoor, we aim to deliver your favourite jewellery quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver orders across India.
1. Delivery Locations
We deliver across all major cities in India, including metro and non-metro areas.
Remote or out-of-delivery locations may require extra time.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders received on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During festivals, sales, or high-order periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 working days
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on courier service and location.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges range from ₹49 to ₹79, depending on your location and order weight.
- Orders above ₹999 may qualify for Free Shipping (optional – you can change this).
- Shipping charges, if any, will be visible at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link via Email / WhatsApp / SMS.
- You can track your package in real-time through the courier partner’s website.
- Sometimes tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to reflect.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure the correct shipping address and contact number is provided.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused due to:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong phone number
- Unreachable customer
- Customer not available to receive the package
7. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable:
- The order may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply if the customer requests delivery again.
8. Damaged / Opened Package at Delivery
If the parcel looks tampered, damaged, or opened, please:
- Do NOT accept the parcel
- Take clear photos/video
- Contact our support team immediately
Once accepted, we cannot claim damage from the courier.
9. Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery might be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Lockdowns
- Natural disasters
- Courier operational issues
- Remote area limitations
We will always try to support you during such situations.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
